I am strongly convinced that in order to overcome today’s economic crisis in Spain and Europe we have to heavily invest in education and create a new entrepreneurial culture. We need to celebrate much more the people who take risks to start their own company – independently if they ultimately succeed or fail. We have to question every day the status quo and should educate our children to do so even more. Learning starts by leaving your comfort zone. Innovation starts by going one step beyond the known. Reach out, dream, do… and when you fail, get up and start again.
I am co-founder an CEO of boolino (twitter: @boolino), a cultural and educational project whose objective is to foster children’s reading. Reading and understanding is basis of all learning, today more than ever.
There is nothing more powerful than a great story. So whenever you get the chance, share a story with your kids. For kids up to eight years, I warmly recommend you to check out my little book box, a unique family reading experience that goes far beyond a book.
